I exist as a result of my collective happiness and disappointments. I am my perfections and my flaws. In order to celebrate what makes us whole is to deeply understand how the pieces within us harmoniously work together. That revelation lies in the reflection – only then can you enter your darkroom, look at the negatives, process it and step into the light with a clearer picture.
I view myself as a creative. Not just one specific thing. When I have an idea or a cause to create, I simply use the skills I've learnt over the years as tools to achieve what needs to be achieved.
I didn't know this at first, but as I look back at all of the different roles I've been fortunate to play, I realize that each one of them makes me who I am today.
From all the passion projects to the different career choices, from all my failures and successes, they all influence the way I create and I love it!
This is where my love for collaboration comes in, with all those experiences and the people that created those experiences with me, I can see that I'm becoming the best version of myself. This is why I love to bring out the best in people and when its not through design, I do so by capturing that through a lens.
Because sometimes all you need is for someone to elevate your best side.
